Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Domestic Shipping



We currently ship within the United States.



International Shipping (if applicable)

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.



Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.



Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.



Lost or Stolen Packages



We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.



Damaged or Missing Items



If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at maceonsheppard@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
